2. About Fula Governance Association

FGA is an association organized under the laws of Switzerland. It operates as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that provides all FULA token holders the opportunity to participate in network decisions. FGA is solely responsible for:

• The FULA token, including issuance, distribution and treasury management
• FEC NFT issuance and management
• Network governance and protocol decisions
• The grant programme described on this Website
• Regulatory compliance relating to tokens and digital assets

3. Independent Contributors and Grantees

Work on the Fula network is carried out by independent teams that receive grants from FGA. A grantee is a separate legal entity acting on its own account. Receipt of a grant confers no governance or decision-making authority over FGA, and no grantee has authority to bind FGA or make representations on its behalf.

Functionland Inc (Canada) is a grantee of FGA. It is a separate and independent company, acts independently, and is not responsible for token related matters. FGA is not responsible for the products, services, websites or obligations of any grantee, including Functionland Inc.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this Website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. FGA does not recommend that any cryptocurrency, token or digital asset be bought, sold or held by you. Any references to past performance, projected returns or future rewards are not indicative of future results. 5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and decentralized networks involve substantial risks, including the risk of total loss of value
• The regulatory environment for digital assets is uncertain and evolving
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of interacting with any blockchain, token or decentralized application
• You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallets, keys and credentials
• FGA provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the performance, security or availability of the Fula network

6. Governance Participation

The opportunity for FULA token holders to participate in network decisions is provided in accordance with FGA's governing documents and applicable governance processes, which may change over time. Nothing on this Website guarantees any particular governance outcome, voting weight, or entitlement, and participation does not create any partnership, employment or agency relationship with FGA.

7. Grants

Information about grants on this Website is provided for general information only and is not an offer, promise or guarantee of funding. Grant decisions rest with FGA and are subject to its own processes and the terms of any individual grant.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FGA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to: your use of or inability to use the Website; loss of tokens, cryptocurrency, digital assets or fiat currency; loss of data, profits or business opportunities; any third-party products, services, platforms or applications linked from the Website; network downtime, bugs, errors or security breaches; or regulatory actions affecting the FULA token or FGA.

All agreements concerning the Fula network, FULA or Fula Governance Association are only valid if signed by a Signatory of the association. Agreements signed by any other team member cannot be respected, and FGA cannot be held liable for them.

FGA may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes relating to FGA, the Fula network, the FULA token, NFTs, staking or governance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
